DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

DELETE IT IN THE APP
Open Tribün and go to the Profile tab at the bottom.
Open Settings with the gear at the top right.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm with your password or with Google / Apple, then tap Delete my account.
If you delete your account, all your visits, photos, badges and friendships are deleted for good. This can't be undone.
CAN'T GET INTO THE APP?
Send an e-mail with the subject “Delete account” to info@tribundeyiz.com from the address registered in the app. We complete your request within 30 days at the latest and let you know.
WHAT IS DELETED, AND WHEN?
- Your account and all data linked to it: your profile, visits, photos, badges, friendships, plans and notifications.
- Photos are removed from storage immediately, or within a few days at the latest through the clean-up queue.
- Reports you made may be kept with the link to you removed.
- Copies in backups are deleted when the backups expire, within 7 days at the latest.
Only want to remove one visit? Delete it from the visit's page: the visit, its photos and the feed entries, likes and notifications attached to it are deleted.
