PHOTO RULES

Every photo is checked automatically before it's published; if the check isn't sure, a moderator takes a look. Normal life in the stands is fine; the things below aren't published.

NOT PUBLISHED

Blood, serious injury and gore
Hate symbolsRacist or discriminatory signs and symbols
Political banners, slogans and signs

ALLOWED

Flares and pyro
Shirtless fans

Allowed in a photo doesn't mean allowed in the stadium: follow the stadium's rules.

PROOF SHOT

Live camera onlyA proven box unlocks with the shot you take there and then in the app's camera. You can't pick one from your gallery.
Within 1 km of the stadiumYour location is checked on the server: you need to be within about 1 km of the stadium.
In the match windowThe window opens 3 hours before kick-off and closes 2 hours after full time.
One shot per visitThe shot counts the moment you take it; if the upload stalls, it retries by itself.

REVIEW

ApprovedIf the shot follows the rules, the box unlocks and your friends see the visit.
In reviewIf the automatic check isn't sure, a moderator decides. Until then only you see the shot, marked "In review".
RejectedYou'll see why. If the match window is still open, tap RETAKE for a new shot. Rejected entries are deleted after 7 days.
ReportsIf a published shot breaks the rules, report it. Once three different people report it, it's hidden until the review is done.

ARCHIVE AND PROFILE PHOTOS

You can add photos from your gallery to archive visits and your profile; they're checked against the same rules. Everyone can see your profile photo.

WRONG CALL?

These are the same rules as the app's Photo rules page.
